Frequently asked questions
What is a credit?
One credit unlocks one premium action: a CV enhancement, a coaching report, or a pathway check. Voice interviews cost 2 credits (standard) or 4 credits (HD). Text interviews are always free.
Do credits roll over?
On annual plans, up to half your unused monthly credits carry over to the next month, capped at 1.5× your monthly allocation. Monthly plans and the Free/Starter tiers do not roll over.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time — you keep access until the end of your billing period. Annual subscriptions can be paused for up to 2 months per year.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), charged via Stripe. Starter trial is a one-time $4.99 payment with no auto-charge. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
Is this immigration advice?
No. Selectus provides information tools based on published IRCC criteria. For advice specific to your situation, consult a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).
What happened to the old plans (First Step, PR-Ready Pack, etc.)?
We simplified our plans. If you were on an older plan, your access continues at the same price — your plan is grandfathered and no action is required.
What happens when my Starter trial ends?
After 7 days, your account automatically returns to the Free tier. No charge occurs. To continue, simply subscribe to Starter ($14.99/mo) or upgrade to Pathfinder.
